Children's parties start at $35 pp
Grown Up's parties start at $55 pp
All corporate events are priced on a per event basis.
Terms & Conditions
Reservation policy:
Reservations should be made at least 3 weeks in advance in order to ensure the highest quality of service. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due three weeks in advance before the date of your event. Full payment is due one week prior the scheduled event. To ensure successful preparation & set-up we recommend you book your event at least four weeks in advance.
Cancellation policy:
You may receive a full refund, provided you give us 72 hours advance notice of your intention to cancel. There is no charge for changing your scheduled date if the change is made at least 72 hours in advance & can be accommodated. No shows will be charged full price- excluding gratuities.
Deposits for corporate events are non-refundable for events that are cancelled less than two weeks in advance before the date of the event.
Method of Payment:
palmtosole.com accepts cash or check and we take Visa, Mastercard or Amex through our PayPal portal. Please note that there will be a 3% surcharge for all credit card purchases. Tipping for service is expected & appreciated & should be 20% of service value.
Set-up:
Advance preparation for your palmtosole event is size dependent. Your palmtosole team will arrive between 1 and 6 hours prior the start of the event to ensure smooth set-up.
Etiquette:
palmtosole personnel are highly skilled, knowledgeable & dedicated professionals who reserve the right to terminate treatments & services if guests are acting in violation of the palmtosole rules & regulations.
Rules & Regulations:
palmtosole.com wishes for your guests to enjoy your event and their treatments. Due to the nature of treatments provided we reserve the right to deny and or terminate treatment based on the following conditions:
1. intoxication 2. failure to notify us prior of medical condition 3. signs of communicable skin disease
4. poor personal hygiene. 5. improper or unreasonable requests of guests beyond the scope of the palmtosole event.
For guests who wish to continue the benefits of treatment after the event, arrangements can be made by contacting palmtosole.com either via calling 609-954-1515 or by emailing us at enlist_palmtosole.com.
